Windsor Returns Home Philip B. Windsor, associate editor of the Bulletin, returned today from a conference with leaders in the North who are interested in his plans to correct the economic evils of the world. He reports considerable interest shown in the Bulletin by these men who are subscribing to the Bulletin in order to keep in touch with Mr. Windsor’s work. A letter from Phila delphia today indicates that the Bulletin is being borrowed and passed around among friends there. Tryon is getting advertised. Your Ad., your party or any little news item helps to make the paper more interesting. Let’s co-operate and reap a larger benefit.
